Safa’a Mustafa

Hey, young scientists and adventurers! 🔬🌱 My name is Safa’a Mustafa, your guide to an unforgettable summer of discovery! I’m a Montessori-trained educator with a Master’s in Biology and 10 years of teaching experience.

I love bringing science to life through hands-on experiments, outdoor exploration, and exciting problem-solving challenges. I’ve helped students from elementary to high school ask big questions, think critically, and explore the wonders of nature and Allah's creations. This isn’t just any summer camp—it’s a six-week adventure where your little explorers will dive into nature, experiment like real scientists, and spark a lifelong love for learning!

And I’m just one part of an amazing team! We’re all excited to bring our energy, creativity, and love for children into making this camp unforgettable.

Program Lead – Ages 3–6

I’m excited to lead our Early Childhood campers this summer. With over nine years of experience in education and a background in English and language development, I love helping young children explore their ideas, build confidence, and express themselves creatively.

I’m especially passionate about storytelling, imagination, and hands-on learning. My goal is to create a warm, engaging space where our youngest campers feel safe, curious, and excited to try new things.

Jennifer R

Program Lead – Ages 6–9

I’m a certified Montessori Lower Elementary teacher and thrilled to lead our Elementary campers again this summer. I love guiding children through hands-on learning, outdoor exploration, and meaningful projects that build independence and curiosity.

After leading camp last year, I’m so excited to welcome both familiar and new faces. I strive to create an environment where every child feels supported, capable, and inspired to grow.

I’m a certified Montessori teacher with over 10 years of experience and a deep love for hands-on learning. Cooking and baking are personal passions of mine, and I’m excited to bring that joy into camp as children build practical skills and confidence in the kitchen.

I strive to create a warm, encouraging space where children feel curious, capable, and excited to try new things.

Islamic Studies, Qur’an, and Arabic are thoughtfully woven into each day — not only taught as separate subjects, but also as a natural part of every experience.

Whether exploring nature, baking treats, or solving creative challenges, campers will reflect on Islamic teachings, engage with Arabic vocabulary, and connect with the Qur’an in meaningful, age-appropriate ways.

How is Islamic Studies, Arabic, and Qur’an included in the camp?

Islamic Studies, Qur’an, and Arabic are thoughtfully woven into each day — not only taught as separate subjects, but also as a natural part of every experience.

Can I sign my child up for specific weeks, or do they have to attend all six?

Families can choose individual weeks that interest their child or enroll in the full 6-week program at a discounted rate. Each week has a unique theme, so children can join based on their interests.

What are the camp hours?

Camp runs Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Drop-off: 9:45 AM – 10:00 AM
- Pick-up: 3:00 PM – 3:15 PM
Optional Extended Care (must be selected at registration):
- Before-Care: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Aftercare: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Extended pick-up window: 3:45 PM – 4:00 PM
Please arrive within your designated drop-off and pick-up windows to help ensure smooth transitions for all campers.

What should my child bring to camp?

✔️ Lunch and water bottle
✔️ Morning or afternoon snack
✔️ Change of clothes (especially for younger campers)
✔️ Indoor shoes for classroom use

Any specific materials needed for projects will be provided by the camp.

Will the camp include outdoor activities?

Yes! While the camp is held on school grounds, children will have outdoor playtime and activities throughout the week, including special Friday outdoor fun days to explore, play, and reflect on the beauty of Allah’s creation.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please note that no refunds will be issued upon cancellation once registration is completed. All registrations are final.

Are discounts available?

Yes. We offer sibling discounts, a full-program (6-week) discount, and select discounts for out-of-town families. The 6-week discount is applied automatically during registration. For sibling or out-of-town discounts, please contact the school office before completing registration and we’ll be happy to assist.
